Refund policy

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is received. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Products must not have been opened to qualify for a refund
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  1. Contact us immediately at 📧 fitnessfox92@gmail.com
  2. Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue
  3. Hold onto the goods – manufacturers often require faulty items to be returned for inspection

We will work with you to identify and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please do not dispose of the item until we advise you.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item (e.g. gym accessories or clothing):

  • Do not open the packaging
  • Email us immediately at 📧 fitnessfox92@gmail.com, and our team will assist you

Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind:

  • Return the item within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be original, unopened, and unused
  • If you wish to order a different product, you must place a new order

Exchanges

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Products must be in original packaging with tags intact
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Please Email us immediately at 📧 fitnessfox92@gmail.com with your order number, and our team will assist you

Exchange Fees

  • All exchanges require a postage & handling fee of $9.99
  • Exchange fees are payable by the customer
  • If the exchange is due to the wrong size or variant selected by the customer, all exchange costs will be fully covered by the customer
  • Once your exchange request is approved, payment details will be sent via email
  • Exchanges are processed only after payment is received and product has been posted back to the following address:

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please Note:

  • Products must not have been opened to qualify for a refund
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
  • Clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds

New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA)

Nothing in this Returns, Exchange & Refunds Policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA).

Under the CGA, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods:

  • Are faulty
  • Are not of acceptable quality
  • Are not fit for purpose
  • Do not match their description

If a fault is minor, we may choose to repair, replace, or refund the item.

If a fault is serious, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

The CGA does not apply to:

  • Change-of-mind returns
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless faulty)
  • Damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions

This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
