Service was great, and the lifting hooks arrived the next day. The hooks do the job and I can lift heavier than before without my grip weakening. The only down side is when doing single arm rows the hook can be a bit uncomfortable against my fingers as it is a tad narrow. Otherwise they are great.
I am getting more out of my workouts,

I brought the medium based on the sizing chart which stated it when from 31" up which should have fitted as I'm a 32". It is two large which is annoying.

This is unfortunate to read-We believe that you were mistaken. According to our Sizing Chart a Medium is fitted for 41 inches.
Your measurements of 32 inches would have fitted our Xtra-small as our Small is 37.4 inches.
