how to use

Open the Velcro flap and lay the pad flat.


Wrap it fully around the bar and press the Velcro closed so it locks tight (no loose edge).


Center it for the lift:


Back squat: center the pad so it sits across your upper back/shoulders to reduce neck/shoulder pressure.


Hip thrust: center it on the bar where it contacts your hips for comfort.



Do 1 test rep, re-center if it shifts, then train (squats, lunges, hip thrusts).


After training: peel open the Velcro and store it flat—light and compact for your gym bag.
