All Fitness Fox Grips are covered by a 180-Day Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase against manufacturing defects and workmanship faults.
What Is Covered
This warranty may cover:
* Manufacturing defects identified within the warranty period
* Separation or failure of bonded materials
* Faults in stitching, construction, or workmanship that affect product performance
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
* Normal wear and tear from regular training and use
* Cosmetic changes such as fading, scuff marks, or discoloration
* Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, or unauthorized modifications
* Damage resulting from excessive friction or abrasion against rough gym equipment
* Damage caused by improper use outside the product’s intended purpose
* Issues arising from commercial, professional, or rental use
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our team and provide:
* Your order number or proof of purchase
* Clear photos showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem

Warranty Assessment
Each claim will be reviewed individually by our team. If your claim is approved, Fitness Fox may, at its discretion, provide:
* A replacement product
* Store credit
* Another appropriate resolution
Additional Warranty Conditions
* This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
* Any replacement product supplied under warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period and will not restart or extend the warranty term.
* Fitness Fox reserves the right to request the return of the product for inspection before approving a claim.
* Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products for assessment unless otherwise required by applicable consumer laws.
* This warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Fitness Fox reserves the right to determine whether a product issue falls within the terms of this warranty policy.

All orders are sent with NZ Post is given a tracking number. All orders received before 3:00 pm on working days (Monday to Friday) will be packed and shipped on the same day. This means your order will leave our warehouse on the same day you complete the payment.
Courier Delivery Time: 1-3 Days
Courier delivery times will vary based on your location.
In general, orders received before 10.00 a.m. on weekdays can be delivered SAME DAY within Auckland and Hamilton, with 1-2 day delivery throughout the rest of the North Island.
1-3 days shipping to the South Island.
Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural deliveries. We can not deliver to a PO Box address, please provide a physical delivery address instead.

Non Signature Deliveries
To ensure super fast delivery we use a non-signature required service for all deliveries. This means that the courier will leave your package in a safe place and you do not have to be home to receive the package.
Couriers are instructed to leave the package if there is a safe location to do so. You can also give Authority To Leave (ATL) the package at your property, i.e. front door, back door, letterbox. However be aware that if the package goes missing or is damaged, the courier driver is not responsible, and we cannot claim on your behalf.
We cannot take responsibility for incorrect/incomplete addresses, please carefully check your delivery details before finalizing your order
Courier Damage: Due to the nature of our business and our reliance on the care and professionalism of courier companies to deliver your purchase to your door you must always inspect your package before opening. If Any gym accessories or Clothing is damaged, contact FITNESSFOX immediately. This is to protect you, as every package is insured and helps us to resolve any disputes with the courier company quickly.

The track and trace link is included in your shipping email. Simply click the link and you will be taken to the live tracking details.

Please remember, that after an item has been shipped, the first scan can take 2-4 hours to show up on the courier website.
If your order has not been delivered, use the tracking details in your email to check the location.
If you require more information please call the courier company directly. Speaking directly with the courier company will ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Please keep in mind, these delivery times are promised by the courier companies that we use, but sometimes there can be delays in your parcel reaching you. Remember to allow a little extra time for your order to arrive after a Public Holiday or if you are in a rural location.

RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUNDS POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is received. Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

- Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received
- Products must be in their original packaging
- Products must not have been opened to qualify for a refund
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

- Hold onto the goods – manufacturers often require faulty items to be returned for inspection

If you’ve changed your mind:
- Return the item within 30 days of delivery
- The product must be original, unopened, and unused

Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Products must be in original packaging with tags intact
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Exchange Fees
- All exchanges require a postage & handling fee of $9.99
- Exchange fees are payable by the customer
- If the exchange is due to the wrong size or variant selected by the customer, all exchange costs will be fully covered by the customer

Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

- Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
- Clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable
